the shared bathroom had all necessary amenities, and waking up to a continental breakfast was a lovely touch. the garden view from my room added a peaceful vibe to my stay. the hosts, Ron and Wendy, made me feel like part of their family. the fresh eggs and honey were a sweet bonus. Can't wait to return for a longer stay - it felt like home! .

The location was marvellous and lovely, it was in the heart of the town. The room was clean and there where coffee/tea makers, a work desk, and a TV set.

I spent 3 nights and would happily return. The weather was wonderful, had fine stay. I really enjoyed convenient placing of an electric kettle, a microwave oven, and air conditioner in the double room. Liked view of garden. This location was comfortable and absolutely perfect, close enough to the sea and a lovely walking and cycling path around the bay, local cafes and all the restaurants in Manly. Also, Hounslow Urban Farm was 4 km away🙂

Ron and Wendy's B&B exceeded all expectations. The perfect blend of comfort and service, we felt like staying with family. Convenient location, sustainability efforts, and delicious breakfast with fresh eggs stood out. Everything was perfect, highly recommend staying here.

Enjoyed this hotel, had 1 wonderful day here. The stuff was affable and excellant and always helped me. Stunning residential location next to the waterfront. It also was near the heart of the city. The room was brand-new and clean, and the bed was comfortable, would want to stay there again.

The a double room with double beds, facilities worked for us. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a stovetop were an advantage.

The room here is new and comfy, equipped with a TV, microwave, and fridge. I really liked that setup. And let me tell you, the bathroom was huge, with a tub that was just super awesome! 🛁

We had a fantastic day at this place with a wonderful location near the ocean and friendly hosts and locals, plus amazing dining options nearby.

the location is quiet and close to the ocean, in a fantastic area. They offer Wheelchair Accessible rooms with a heater and double beds, showing care for everyone. 3. the staff and host are friendly and excellent.

stayed at Sustainable B&B by the bay. ron, our host, was extraordinary. the 2-bedroom family apartment was roomy, bright, and well-stocked for breakfast. a short walk to restaurants and seafront. hosts provided delicious own eggs. superb sustainability efforts. definitely recommended. felt like staying with family. looking forward to returning.

The hosts were absolutely amazing, super welcoming and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. the breakfast provided was fantastic, with a great variety to choose from. We loved the fresh eggs and veggies from their garden. the location was great, close to the bay and with easy access to local attractions. a wonderful experience.

The chairs in the room became a bit uncomfortable after sitting for a long time, especially during movie nights. It would have been better if the TV was positioned a bit higher for better viewing.
